Oren Eskelsen: No. The verification of employment is not a contract. If you have an actual employment contract that guarantees terms and conditions of employment, then your employer has to abide by that. But the verification letter by itself doesn't create a contract that did not otherwise exist.
Carter Edstrom: I do have a contract signed, the verification of employment letter we both signed afterwards can it count as a contract?
