Rayford Speziale: an agent works for a broker. an appraiser is someone who comes to appraise your house, and a broker was once an agent, but has gone through more classes and has sold more houses in a year to become a broker. brokers make the most money. though being an appraiser is pretty neat because there are only a few of them out there.
