Debora Soliani: The only people ENTITLED to have copies of ANY divorce in the U.S. are those INVOLVED in the divorce itself. Divorces just like other PERSONAL information are covered under the privacy act. You have to show WHY you need permission to get a copy of the divorce and what relationship you are to those sited in the divorce. If you are simply looking for what would be called the "announcement" You might do a search of their local newspapers under the vital statistics, but a copy of a divorce you will not be able to get....Show more
