Mee Blumenfeld: Try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
Ewa Homrich: They don't usually need to be cleaned. Just rinse it off or wipe it off with a damp rag.
Coleman Senn: To clean the ball, take a wire brush, or something like that, and some soap. Just scrub until it is clean. This also helps if the ball is getting "slippery". A slippery ball is very hard to throw with, and is very annoying. Rather than getting more balls, just clean them.
