Gwenda Micheals: you may not be able to completely regain the level of health you had. i! t depends on your condition now. what illness, etc. the best way to keep yourself from getting worse is to eat a healthy diet, exercise, drink lots of water and get enough rest. if medication is needed take it as instructed. see a doctor at least once a year for a complete exam and lab work.
