Antonia Boomershine: Stay away from fatty things. Get fat free milk, and products that are either fat free or low fat. Get a lot of fibers for breakfast (like certain kind of cereal). Oda Mauson: I would recommend using i Diet & Fitness. They provide you with everything you need (except the actual food). But they have recipes, meal plans, different diets, fitness programs and much more! Most people fail at diets because they just go out and try to wing it without professional help. Elvin Weichbrodt: I've been drinking alot of Kellogg's Protein water to keep me from snacking. Mixed Berry is my favorite. It really make! s me feel full during the evenings when I'm most tempted. I also eat alot of Fish, I found single serving Flounder filets at my grocery store. 1 gram of fat and 100 calories. Lots of salad with the spray type dressing. I think it's like 2 calories a spray. When I want something sweet I go for diet hot chocolate, low-fat graham crackers and the kellog's Special K breakfast cereal bars. Good-Luck!...Show more
