Lon Pennington: Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods. Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful. Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged. A review of the various hair removal methods is available at http://www.hairremoval.in
An Cardine: you should shampoo first to get rid of all the dirt and stuff then condition to make it shiny and get it untangled. when you do it this way it makes it look nicer and it makes alot more sense. also you should wash it every other day or longer if you can
Rosalba Lingner: Typically you shampoo first then condition.Makes sense. Wash away the dirties first and then untangle and moisturize.
Vickie Sterbenz: Actually it was the exact opposite at the hair school/college I went to. The price was almost the same as at a beauty salaon.! So I really think you should compare costs when you go to a cosmatlogy school. If the price is about the same, consider the fact that a salon may be better as the stylist at a salon has more experience.
Carolynn Testani: wondering the same thing.but for back hair, waxing
Chris Coggins:
Joie Kemmis: Unless you are wanting to do a deep conditioning treatment (oil), then you would condition first.
Damion Oleksa: I think the hair college is about $20 cheaper than the next cheapest local salon.
Elsie Resner: Shampoo then condition.Answer mine please? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AqVUx...
William Vickerman: Or are the students who do highlights on paying customers generally the ones who are about to graduate?
Maye Delk: Given the price is less a) the students are supervised ;and b) in the worst possible scenario, hair grows back.Might I just add the thought that saving twenty dollars in this way makes you a good steward ! :)
Marhta Teahan: Try using condition first.
Chast! ity Doderer: shampoo before conditioning always.....also with hormone ect,its best not to condition everytime you wash ur hair(in general,i wash mineevery other day),as it is already is producing enough grease,u dont want to add grease...i also dont always conditon the scalp,as it produces more grease and i also leave the conditioner in more a couple of min,to have the most effect
Lu Snide: Not only does hair grow back, but I only have maybe three and a half or four inches to ruin.
Jarrod Darnall: shampoo
Douglass Sarley: http://img.becomegorgeous.com/users_questions/x_xn...hope that helped :)
Leif Serabia: I put conditioner in after I rinse out the shampoo. I usually use conditioner every time I wash my hair, since it helps keep it smooth, soft, and easier to comb.
Foster Padgette: If you have thick and rich hair like mine only once or twice a week if you have Olly hair ask wash your hair every day and ask your hairstylist what shampoo to use! if you have curly hair every 2 days and if you have wavy hair you have to wash your hair every 3 to 4 days
Hwa Waterford: its so gross and its almost summer!!
Joie Libutti: Shampoo first, to get rid of oils and dirt. Then condition, to put healthy oils back in, it makes hair healthier and better looking. Shampoo and condition both the same amount of times, normally once every other day. Don't need to do it every day really. Also, as a guideline, its less important to shampoo the tips of your hair (as oil from your head won't make it that far) and for that same reason, more important to condition the tips....Show more
Particia Thorton: Laser hair removal
Germaine Tieken: Shampoo then conditioner, always. As the shampoo cleans your hair and then the conditioner, well, conditions the clean hair.Apparently it's not healthy for your hair to wash it every day. Try washing it once every two or even three days if you can help it as it's better for your hair.! http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Am1.s...Help? :(...Show mo! re
Jude Colbenson: I shampoo and condition my hair every time I take a shower (every day) and I shampoo my hair first and then condition it.
Maritza Ebanks: shampoo!
Houston Venezia: The shampoo washes all the impurities out of your hair. That's why you use it first. The conditioner conditions and softens your hair and is optional to rinse all the way out, that's why it's used second. I wash/condition my hair every other day. Shampoos have Lauryl and Laureth Sulfates that actually strip your hair of its natural oils, which is why it's recommended to wash every other day to help keep natural oils in hair. When I condition, I leave the conditioner in my hair for a couple minutes every time and I rinse almost all, but not all conditioner out....Show more
Nadia Crauswell: i say go to a salon since they have been doing it longer than a hai college and yeah thats just my oppinon there more likely to make a mistake if there still learning
Norine Lomont! e: There is normally teachers walking about making sure the students are doing the job right, and if a student isn't sure the teacher will come over and do it.I get my hair done at colleges all the time, looks just like salon work, and a hell of a lot cheaper. :)
Stanton Degregorio: http://myfashionaddictions.blogspot.com/2008/05/so...check out this body wash. it helped me and also try out the neutrogena pads.
Zelma Casebier: i always shampoo before conditioning, i think it works the best. I also conditon everytime i shampoo.
Michel Mccaulley: you should wash your hair every other day, even more days apart if you can. Washing takes away oils that are good for your hair and scalp. Over brushing also isnt good for your hair. When you wash, shampoo first, then condition.
Clifford Riggleman: shampoo first because it cleans it before the conditioner makes it silkyyy.I use ALOT of conditioner. everytime i showerr.
