Jerrod Guilfoil: Ask to see the policy. If he can't show it to you, or even he does, go to a DMV office and ask to speak a dealer investigator. Have all your paperwork with you and explain everything to him/her.
Stanton Valdivia: well i fine it hard for anyone to register your car since they have to sign your name to do it and that alone is kind of illegal and sure if they did it then yes they can do it never been in a state where one could register a car for less than a year and ive never had anyone do it for me
