Elfreda Grossen: When you receive your financial aid depends on the size of the school and when you applied. Try to ask someone in your financial aid and ask how far they are in processing applications. My first semester in college I received my financial aid in November. So sometimes it takes a while. And yes you can use it to pay your credit card charges.
