Jacques Vaquera: Well, the person probably figured they would never find the phone and had it turned off. If you really want to find the owner, go through the phones contacts and start making calls with your own phone. All you have to do is say hey, I found this phone and your number is in it, I'm trying to locate the owner. Most likely they'll say oh that's great, my friend such and such lost theirs...you know the rest. You should do that before calling it your own.

In silent mode the telephone is envisioned to artwork yet no longer make noise (ring, key tones, notification tones) on an analogous time as on airplane mode the telephone would not enable any of the! radios to artwork (i.e. it behaves as though no SIM card is obtainable) for that reason allowing you to apply the PDA factor of a telephone even interior the airplane, the place in any different case using the telephone is unlawful by using concern of radio interference. Jude Colbenson: Bring it back :)
Dana Russian: We know the owner has probably call the cell phone company to have the cell phone turned off for sure since he or she reported the cell phone was lost. So there is no sense of going through the contacts in the cell phone to locate the owner since the cell phone has been deactivated.Look at the cell phone and see if the cell phone is from Verizon, Sprint, A T&T, or any other cell phone carrier. Then call the cell phone company Customer Care. If the cell phone does not have a sim card inside then it uses CDMA network. So it has a ESN number inside the cell phone behind the battery. You can tell the Customer Care and give the ESN number and they will no exactly who that cell phone belongs too. Their account will show up and the customer care can contact the owner of that cell phone. If the cell phone has a sim card inside then it uses GSM network. Remove the sim card and contact customer care and tell t! hem the sim card number and they will know who that cell phone belongs too....Show more
