Because of your age you can home school yourself(if you can buckle down and really due work and not due other stuff LOL) or attend a online school you might wanna try looking up your state's home school laws. Cliff Tyre: Your parents need to look into it.They don't have to be on top of you, they can just work with you when home, or give you work to do and check it when home.Get a book about homeschooling and give it to them (go to the library).
